What we collect
The only information this site asks for is what you type into the free estimate form: your email address, and optionally your name, phone number, property address or town, and whatever you tell us about the job. Only the email address is required.
When the form is submitted, our systems also record the technical information that comes with any web request, such as the IP address and browser user agent. That information is used to stop automated spam and to attribute the enquiry, not to build a profile of you.
Why we use it
We use what you send in order to reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out the work if you decide to go ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host this website and deliver our form submissions to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to quote the job, do the work and meet our record-keeping obligations. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us at [email protected] and we will remove it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. Any cookies present are strictly those needed for the site to function.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to our profiles on Facebook and Yelp. Those are separate services with their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover what they do with your information.
